DMO, Dettaglio Moderno Organizzato Group, operating in the PET shop sector under the brand L’Isola dei Tesori, has acquired the 100% of DCS-DOG’S AND CAT’S SUPERMARKET.
L’Isola dei Tesori is the leading Italian pet stores chain operating in Northern and Central Italy through a wide network of approx, 140 direct and franchisees shops.
It is a brand of DMO Group, active also in the distribution of Home Care products under the CAD and CADDYS brands and in the perfumery sector under the Beauty Star brand; the Pet Division turnover is over 110 Million Euro; the Group turnover in 2016 is approx. 300 Million Euro.
DOG’S AND CAT’S SUPERMARKET, which is controlled by a unique shareholder, manages 7 stores in Florence and in Tuscany region and has a turnover of approx. 5 Million Euro.
