MAPEI GROUP / Productos Bronco
MAPEI acquired the 100% of Productos Bronco, company based in Columbia, specialized in the production of adhesives and waterproofing products for building.
MAPEI Group, formed by 79 subsidiaries with 7 services companies, 69 production facilities in 5 continents, is today world leader in the production of adhesives and chemical products for building, waterproofing products, cementitious and resin floor coverings, wall protective and decorative coatings.
In 2016 MAPEI had a turnover of over 2,2 billion Euro.
Cavour advised MAPEI Group also in this cross-border deal, after the acquisition of the Mexican company Texzim in June 2016.
