Cascade Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to GA Sports Construction in its acquisition by AstroTurf Corporation.
GA Sports Construction (“GA Sports”), founded in 1958, is a leading construction business specializing in the installation, resurfacing, and maintenance of sport courts, running tracks, and artificial turf fields in the Southwest.
The acquisition by AstroTurf Corporation, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, provides GA Sports with additional resources to strengthen its presence in the region while preserving its dynamic culture and team.
The transaction was led by Eric Green, Managing Director.
