Topflight AB / Indutrade AB
Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Topflight AB, Sweden, with annual sales of approximately SEK 60 million. Topflight develops, manufactures and supplies innovative and functional self-adhesive label solutions for industrial use. The main product areas are warning signs, badges for product profiling and regulatory stickers. The company will be part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area. Lars Weibull AB acted as advisor to the seller in the transaction.
