Lars Weibull AB acted as sell side adviser when OEM International acquired all shares in RF Partner AB with subsidiary Ranatec Instrument AB. The Companies, with head office in Mölndal Sweden, develop and market components for radio applications, systems for radar surveillance and test systems for antennas and have a yearly turnover of approximately 18 MSEK. OEM International, with its head office in Tranås, Sweden, comprises 34 operational units in 14 countries.
