Cascade Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Compass Healthcare in the successful sale of Lansing Institute of Urology to The Cancer & Hematology Centers, a partner of OneOncology.
Referred to Cascade by a former client, Compass Healthcare sought to divest its cancer treatment and related clinical operations to ensure the long-term success of the practice while refocusing resources on its core specialties.
Cascade guided the transaction through a complex carve-out of two clinical practices, leveraging creative problem-solving, stakeholder education, and collaborative deal structuring to navigate the numerous challenges involved in integrating those practices with the buyer. The result was a seamless transition that strengthened the community's oncology and broader patient care capabilities, enabled Compass Healthcare to concentrate on its core focus areas, and ensured continuity of high-quality urological and cancer care for patients in the region.
