Based in North Carolina and serving clients throughout the United States, The Longleaf Network specializes in providing outsourced IT services, support and strategy.
Thrive is a global technology outsourcing provider for cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT managed services and is backed by private equity firms Court Square Capital Partners and M/C Partners.
The transaction was led by Lee Lloyd. Brooks Pierce LLP served as transaction legal counsel to The Longleaf Network.
