Mannerheim Invest AB purchases Conlego Elektronik AB, through its associated company Mannerheim Industrier AB. Mannerheim Invest thereby stronger its position on the Swedish market for energy and heat pumps. Conlego has a turnover of approximately 90 million Swedish crowns for 2009 and sales have during the last four years grown by 25 % a year. Mannerheim is focused on increase sales, by organic growth or by acquiring other businesses in the industry. The company wants to expand the business for Conlego and is open for new acquisitions in both Sweden and abroad.
