Part of German based Würth Group, one of the largest distributors of assembly fastener components, WINA offers an extensive product and service range. The Würth Group currently consists of more than 400 companies in more than 80 countries and currently employs over 74,000 people worldwide. XLCS Partners acted as the exclusive advisor to Weinstock.
