Baldi Finance spa and Baldi & Partners advised Easy Lift S.r.l. in the sale to Wise Equity SGR S.p.A.
The transaction involved the platform company of Wise Equity, AlmaCrawler (Almac), acquiring 100% of Easy Lift’s share capital and the reinvestment of Easy Lift’s shareholders into Almac, with the goal of enhancing the group’s positioning and accelerating its growth.
Easy Lift and Almac are two Italian companies that are leaders in the aerial platform sector, with complementary positioning in terms of product types and geographical markets served.
Baldi Finance spa and Baldi & Partners acted as exclusive financial advisers to the Seller, with a team led by Francesca Baldi (President at Baldi & Partners) and Francesco Mainini (Director at Baldi Finance).
