AB Gustav Alexandersson offers market-leading products within fertilizer handling and grass and brush clearing. The company, with a long history and a strong position in fertilizer handling as well as grass and brush clearing, has over the past 60 years built solid expertise and established strong customer and supplier relationships with leading brands in the industry.
LidInvest is an investment company focused on developing and long-term managing well-run Swedish businesses. Through the acquisition, LidInvest strengthens its position within contracting and agriculture and intends to further develop AB Gustav Alexandersson’s operations together with the company’s management.
Weibull M&A acted as the seller’s advisor in the transaction and the transaction was led by Tobias Lundin, Partner & CEO.
