Delphi Advisors exclusively advised the founders and shareholders of AutomationsRobotic GmbH in a transaction whereby Active Capital Company have agreed to acquire a majority stake in the company.
AutomationsRobotic is a high-end German turnkey systems integrator of complex automation and robotics solutions for mobility, industrial and pharmaceutical applications, supporting blue-chip customers in Europe and North America to achieve their advanced manufacturing and efficiency goals.
Joining forces with Dutch-German Active Capital Company, a hands-on mid-market industrial investor with prior experience in this segment, marks the next milestone in the history of AutomationsRobotic. The partnership is solidified by existing management retaining a significant minority stake to support the further expansion of the business, its internationalisation, and application portfolio in both existing and new use cases.
The transaction was led by Torsten Freymark (Managing Partner) and Fabius Janssen (M&A Vice President).
