Betonfertigteilwerk Otto Ergezinger GmbH and Betonfertigteilwerk Unseburg GmbH & Co. KG specialise in the manufacture of precast concrete elements, in particular walls, ceilings and stairs.
Hermann Bettels GmbH & Co. KG is the holding company of a broadly diversified group with business areas in environment, infrastructure construction, concrete, logistics and energy generation. The acquisition strengthens the network of production plants for Bettels Betonfertigteile in Germany.
Corporate Finance Hannover advised the shareholder family in a structured sales process. The transaction was led by Maximilian Irmer, CEO.
