Maxcraft is a leading Canadian provider of avionics installation, repair, and design engineering services, headquartered in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia.
Maverick is a Canadian-owned aviation services group focused on avionics, instrumentation, and non-destructive testing.
The transaction was led by Jordan Nix, Executive Vice President. Matthew Kindree and his team at GGI member firm Pallett Valo served as legal counsel for Maxcraft Avionics.
