Corporate Finance Hannover GmbH advised the shareholders of ITGAIN Group on the sale of all shares to X1F.
ITGAIN is a German IT Consulting company specialised in software development and cloud migration for the banking and insurance sector.
X1F is a fast growing German IT Consulting Group, backed by the swiss private equity Ufenau Capital Partners.
The transaction was led by Dr Dirk Jungen (Managing Partner) and Maximilian Irmer (Project Manager).
