Regent Evolution advised Easel TV Limited, a leading provider of Video Streaming as a Service, on its sale to Accedo Broadband AB, a global video solutions provider from Sweden. The acquisition will accelerate Accedo’s OTT product offering and see the Easel TV SaaS platform and the award-winning Accedo One SaaS platform come together under one roof. This move will further strengthen Accedo ‘s ability to deliver on customer requirements. The Easel TV team will join Accedo’s existing London office, enhancing their ability to serve customers both in the UK and internationally.
