With the acquisition of Feuerfuchs Brandschutz, WTech Fire Group reinforces its leading position as a pan-European provider of fire suppression and detection solutions and expands its operational footprint and market presence in Germany.

Delphi Advisors acted as exclusive M&A and strategic advisor to WTech Fire Group and Waterland throughout the entire process, including target identification, relationship building and management with the sellers and their advisors, financial assessment and valuation support, due diligence coordination, transaction and financial structuring and commercial support during contractual negotiations, and herewith successfully completed another cross-border, industrial buy-side mandate enabling its entrepreneurial client to achieve its strategic growth goals.
